Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly before and after each use! We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass (best option!), cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags for an additional fee. Safety is our top priority. If a unit cannot be anchored properly we will not set up. 

Our pricing includes the use of water on inflatables that can be used wet/dry. We try and make it simple for our customers so there is no additional fee! Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for water use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. You can check in the product description of the inflatable you are interested in to see if it is suitable for water use! 

We deliver throughout the treasure valley area! We are based in Nampa, ID and offer free delivery up to 10 miles. Any delivery over ten miles will have an added delivery fee based on mileage. Delivery fees are listed on your quote so there are no surprises!

We will touch base with you via text 1-2 days prior to your event to discuss delivery times. Delivery times vary depending on our schedule for that day but are usually 1-4 hours prior to your rental start time. There must be an adult present during delivery to show our crew members where you would like us to set up the equiptment as well as to sign rental documents and pay remainder of the balance owed. 

We do not allow any customer pickups. We take care of delivery, set-up, take-down and pick-up so you have one less thing to worry about the day of your event! Safety is our number 1 priority and this allows us to make sure all equiptment is placed in a safe area and secured properly! 

Yes, we require a $50 deposit to be made on our website for your order to be confirmed. The remainder of the balance is collected the day of your event during delivery. We accept Cash, Visa,  Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

Our standard rental pricing covers up to 6 hours. We offer longer rental times on all of our equiptment for an additional fee based on the time frame selected. Any additional fees will be displayed on your quote page so there are no surprises! 

When booking online the “start” time is the time we will have it set-up by. Typically we arrive an hour prior to the rental to set-up, times vary depending on our schedule but if an earlier set-up time is necessary we will call a day ahead to confirm someone will be home to accept delivery.

Depending on which unit you rent, the space will vary. Click on the unit you would like to rent to see the dimensions. We require our units to be placed on a flat surface. Placing an inflatable on any steep surfaces will affect the stability and safety of the unit.

You can cancel at any time prior to delivery with no cancellation fee. However, once the unit has been delivered, NO REFUND will be made. If you suspect bad weather, we ask that you cancel prior to delivery, or have an alternate indoor space available. In the case of high winds upon delivery, a representative will determine if it is safe to setup the unit. If this occurs, you will be released from any financial responsibility.

Yes! We are a fully insured company! Even if you choose to not use us for your party we strongly suggest you book with a fully insured company! Some event venues require insurance so check with your venue or park to see their requirements.

Additionally, we offer an optional Accidental Damage Waiver for 7% of total rental fee. This can be selected during the online booking process to waive any unintentional damage that occurs to equipment during proper usage of  your rental such as burst seams, vinyl tears, broken handles & ladder steps, etc. This excludes theft and intentional damage such as silly string, glitter, markers, paint, gum, cuts and punctures from sharp objects, pet damage, damage from fireworks & cigarettes, etc. 

We do set up in select parks! Each park has different rules and requirements so make sure to check with both the park officials as well as with us to make sure we are a perfect fit! We currently do not set up in any Boise City parks.

 Additionally, with park set ups there are strict delivery and pick-up times so that the unit is not left unattended. This will be discussed with you 1-2 days prior to your event. 

Rentals are on a first come first served basis. It is wise to get your reservations in early to be guaranteed your inflatable is available. We suggest 2-4 weeks prior to your event. If you do have last minute needs, we will do our best to accommodate you. 

*Holidays such as The 4th of July book very fast so be sure to book as early as possible!*

Electricity is required to power the blower units. We provide 100ft extension cords. The blowers are very efficient to operate. If you do not have power available, we offer generator rentals as well. If setting up in a park, make sure to check to see if you will have access to power or if you will need to rent a generator. You can check in the product description of the inflatable you are interested in to see how many outlets are needed. 

Our extension cords are 100ft long. If access to power is over 100ft then a generator will be needed. We do not allow use of any other extension cords to be used with our equiptment. Doing so could result in damage to our equiptment that the customer will be held liable for.
